Liu Feng did not charge the middle-aged man in black. Instead, he turned on another young man in black, because he saw that Wang Zhen was already fighting him, and at that moment there were faint traces of blood at the corner of Wang Zhen’s mouth; he was clearly injured.

“Brother Wang, I am here to help!” Liu Feng roared, and his golden fist tore through the air like a streak of dazzling light, reaching the back of the young man in black in an instant.

The young man in black thrust out his right palm, and a radiant hand of light slammed forth. Its ferocious power crashed against Liu Feng’s fist like a tidal wave striking the shore.

A loud boom rang out. Both men trembled and were hurled backward.

“Brother Liu Feng, so it’s you!” Wang Zhen’s spirits lifted when he saw Liu Feng arrive. After exchanging blows with the young man in black for only a short time, he had been forced back again and again, his life hanging by a thread. He had never expected Liu Feng to arrive so suddenly.

“Young man, who are you? Your cultivation is not bad, but if you make an enemy of me, defeat will be your only fate,” said the young man in black, his expression proud.

Liu Feng’s face remained calm. “I’m afraid you don’t have that skill.”

“How arrogant.” The young man in black’s expression darkened. His body flashed, and in an instant he was before Liu Feng. His right hand curved like a hook, and five beams of fierce energy, sharp as steel talons, condensed and clawed toward Liu Feng’s arm.

“Brother Liu, that man is very strong. Don’t be careless,” Wang Zhen said with some concern.

Liu Feng looked at the grasping hand and struck out with his right palm. A golden wave of qi surged forth like a sweeping gale, colliding with the beams of energy on the young man in black’s fingers.

A metallic clang rang out.

The sound was like iron striking iron, and the violent true qi spread in all directions. Nearby rocks and trees were shattered by the impact, tiny stones shooting outward and battering the people around them until they staggered and cried out in alarm.

Having failed in his first strike, the young man in black transformed his claw into a palm and slashed down diagonally like a blade. A sharp, brilliant slash of light burst forth, like an arrow loosed from a bow, cleaving the air with a piercing whistle.

Liu Feng clenched his open hand into a fist. A dazzling golden radiance burst from it, and a fierce power like mountains and seas surged outward.

His fist shook once, then thundered forth, moving like a falling meteor as it crushed toward the young man in black.

The two tyrannical forces collided. Violent power erupted like a volcano and blasted out in all directions. The ground gave off cracking sounds, and several thick fissures appeared, the force of the blow seeming enough to topple mountains and split the earth.

“Good. No wonder you are so arrogant. At your age, to possess such strength, you do have the right to be proud. But that is all. If we continue, you will die without a burial place,” said the young man in black coldly.

“Too much nonsense. Are you fighting or not?” Liu Feng said impatiently.

“Young man, since you are bent on courting death, do not blame me.” The young man in black said no more. A long whip flashing with golden light appeared in his hand, from which radiated a weighty, mountain-like aura, oppressive and immense.

Holding the whip with both hands, he hacked and smashed it toward Liu Feng. A golden edge shot out from it like sword qi, carrying a sharp brilliance that could split mountains and stone, and in an instant it was above Liu Feng’s head.

“Break and shatter!”

Liu Feng shouted, and both fists hammered out. His rampant power surged like the sea and the tide, carrying an intent of fragmentation, crushing force, and destruction as it smashed toward the golden whip.

Clang!

Liu Feng’s fist directly shattered the golden edge before striking the whip itself. A sound loud enough to pierce gold and split stone burst forth, making everyone’s ears buzz.

The whip was knocked upward more than a meter, and the young man in black’s body shook as he was forced back a step.

Liu Feng pressed in after him and struck out again with his right fist. Golden light rolled forward like a tide toward the young man in black.

Though he had been forced back, the young man in black remained composed. He watched the surging golden wave and swung the whip down directly.

The whip struck the golden tide and smashed it apart, then continued on without losing momentum, crashing into Liu Feng’s fist.

The deafening impact rang out. Vast true qi energy spread outward in all directions, and the ground shuddered under the force.

“Damn it! Violent Strike!”

After failing repeatedly, the young man in black finally grew genuinely enraged. With the whip in both hands, he lashed and smashed it rapidly. One after another, ferocious whip shadows shot forth like enormous golden pillars crashing down, enveloping Liu Feng completely.

“Break and Shatter, Ten Strikes!”

Liu Feng roared and drove both fists out in rapid succession. Like two massive golden grinding discs, they carried a brutal crushing force and slammed into the golden whip shadows.

Bang, bang, bang!

The collisions rang out continuously. Liu Feng’s fists descended like falling meteors, instantly smashing the whip shadows one after another into fragments before crashing heavily into the long whip itself.

With a sharp clang, the whip was struck cleanly in two. Even the young man in black was sent flying, then slammed heavily to the ground, vomiting blood without stop.

Wang Zhen sprang forward at once, landing beside the young man in black and binding him.

“Brother Liu Feng, I never expected your strength to be so great. It seems that day, when you sparred with me, you were not using your true power at all,” Wang Zhen said as Liu Feng approached, his voice thick with shock.

Liu Feng smiled faintly. “Brother Wang, keep watch over this man. I’m going to help my grandfather and the others.”

With that, he leaped away.

“Brother Liu Feng really does keep his depth hidden,” Wang Zhen said admiringly as he watched Liu Feng’s retreating figure.

When Liu Feng arrived beside Zhao Xu, he saw at once that his grandfather and Elder Wang were both covered in patches of blood. They were clearly already gravely wounded.

Even so, they were still fighting to the death, their fists and palms constantly colliding with the attacks of the middle-aged man in black.

Facing their frantic assault, the middle-aged man in black also had traces of blood at the corner of his mouth, though his injuries were not severe. If nothing unexpected occurred, he estimated that in just a short while he would be able to kill Zhao Xu and the other man beneath his palm.

“Damn it! Take my life then!”

Seeing his grandfather so badly wounded, Liu Feng could no longer restrain his fury. He roared, and his golden fist smashed toward the middle-aged man in black.

The middle-aged man in black looked at Liu Feng’s attack with disdain in his eyes. Slowly, he extended his left hand and slapped it against Liu Feng’s fist.

Crack!

Palm and fist collided with a crisp snap. The middle-aged man in black withdrew his left hand quickly, only to feel that his palm had already been struck with cracks.

“Young man, what kind of monster are you? How can your body be so strong?” he asked Liu Feng in shock.

Liu Feng did not answer. Another fist came crashing toward the middle-aged man in black.
